Ankita Mukherji is a cultural worker currently based in London, with roots in Kolkata and Singapore. Spanning research, curating, writing, and art-making, her practice explores collaborative work as a model for producing shared knowledge and imagining decolonial futures. She is pursuing an MFA in Curating at Goldsmiths, University of London, and has co-curated projects such as Regroundings, an online film programme supported by Goldsmiths CCA (London, UK), and Set The Table, an exhibition held in a public garden as part of the annual Deptford X Festival (London, UK). She is currently in residence at Goldsmiths CCA as a co-curator of the year-long research project Mapping Local Ecologies.
